Technical Writeup  – Structural Technical Written estimates for an Extra Large Project – Multi-Unit apartment building  | Commercial Property | Single Family Home with Structural Compromising Damage – Fully Involved;

Description of Extra Large-project – multi-unit building with 2-bedroom apartments, Townhomes, and condos with 3 car Garage and or extended/enclosed porches and family multi-unit apartment buildings: Total of 20 Rooms.

PPP equipment is included, for all drivers and technicians on arrival; travel time, and gas, and the material used is calculated with the labor that is required to fulfill the services performed in the act of emergency services. All prices listed are not wholesale prices nor reselling of material or labor.  These prices are ratioed out accordingly with the appropriate service performed.

After the Xactimate report is written there be a 10-15 days allowance for the full copy to be submitted to the paying client via email for review.
