Description of Large Loss – A multi-unit building with 3-4 apartments and 3-4 bedrooms, a fully involved Townhomes, and or condominium building with 12+ rooms in a single-family home with attached/extended structures associated with the property a Garage shed and or extended/enclosed porches with multi-level decking: Total of 35 Rooms.

PPP equipment is included, for all drivers and technicians on arrival; travel time, and gas, and the material used is calculated with the labor that is required to fulfill the services performed in the act of emergency services. All prices listed are not wholesale prices nor reselling of material or labor.  These prices are ratioed out accordingly with the appropriate service performed.

After the Xactimate report is written there be a 15-20 days allowance for the full copy to be submitted to the paying client via email for review.
